Ingredients:

- 2 lbs (900g) chicken wings, split into flats and drumettes
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
For the Honey BBQ Sauce:
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional for a smoky flavor)

- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Lightly oil the rack to prevent sticking.
- Prepare the Chicken Wings:
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This helps them become crispy when baked.
- In a large bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. The baking powder helps to achieve a crispy skin.
