Ingredients

For the Salmon Cakes:

  • 2 cups cooked salmon, flaked 🐟

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch)

  • 1 egg, beaten 🥚

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

For Garnish:

  • Lemon slices 🍋

  • Fresh parsley 🌿

Instructions

Prepare the Salmon Cakes:

  1. In a bowl, mix the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, parsley, paprika, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.

  2. Form the mixture into small patties (about 4-6, depending on size).

Cook the Salmon Cakes:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  2. Place the salmon cakes in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

Serve & Garnish:

  1. Arrange the crispy salmon cakes on a plate.
