Delicious rhubarb recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup butter, softened
1 large egg
1 ¾ cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking soda flour
1 cup rhubarb, finely chopped

Preparation:
Preheat the oven:
While preparing the cookie dough, set and preheat the oven to 190°C.
Spice Preparation:
Measure all your spices and prepare them for use. This makes the mixing process easier and faster. 9
Add the dry ingredients:
Slowly add the flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder to the mixture. Continue whisking until all the ingredients are mixed well and become liquid.
Add the rhubarb:
Fold the rhubarb thoroughly into the dough with a spatula, or continue mixing with your mixer on low speed until the rhubarb is evenly distributed over the bread.
Shape and quantity:
Using a 1-inch kitchen spoon or scoop, shape the dough into balls and place on a greased plate. Make sure there is space between them as they will spread while cooking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes or until the cookies are lightly browned and cooked through.
Cooling:
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Answer:
Make special rhubarb cookies for dessert after they have cooled. They go great with tea or a glass of milk.
