Prepare the egg Mixture: In a Mix 1 egg with milk, vegetable oil, water and salt.
Layers of Phyllo Dough: Place a sheet of phyllo dough on a flat surface. Brush lightly with egg mixture.Repeat for a total of three coats.
Prepare the filling: Mix the feta cheese with the cooked spinach and season with salt and pepper.
Assemble: Spread the spinach and feta mixture in layers on the filo. Roll the dough from one end to create a long strip.
Cutting and arranging: Cut the roll into triangles and place on a baking tray.Brush with egg wash: Brush each triangle with egg wash to give it a golden look. Add
seeds: Optionally sprinkle poppy seeds on top to add crunch.
Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
