8 ounces aged cheddar, shredded
8 ounces shredded Gouda cheese

Half cup mayonnaise
Cream cheese, 23 ounces, room temperature
Roasted red peppers, 24 ounces, finely chopped
½ teaspoon onion powder
0 .5 tablespoons of dry mustard

Instructions:
Place the grated cheese in a large bowl and mix well.
Mix cheese and mayonnaise until combined.

Refrigerate for at least an hour, preferably overnight, to allow flavors to blend.
