Ingredients:
- 12 large eggs
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Prepare the Eggs:
