FRIED CABBAGE WITH BACON, ONIONS AND GARLIC
NIGREDIENTS
6 slices of bacon.
A large cabbage, I cored it and sliced it.
2 garlic cloves, chopped.
1 large onion, chopped.
1 tbsp.From salt.
1 tbsp. Ground black pepper.
1/2 tbsp. Onion powder.1/2 tbsp. Garlic powder.
1/2 tbsp. Of peppers.

In a large frying pan, fry the bacon over medium heat until crispy and fried.Step 2:
To rinse, I cut off the bacon and place it on paper towels. I cut it into crumbs.

I added the garlic and onion with the bacon fat and cooked in a pan, stirring constantly, until softened, 5 minutes.

Stir, reduce heat and cook for a few more minutes or until the liquid has evaporated, continuing to stir at regular intervals.
