Fried Chicken Legs

Ingredients:

2 kilos of chicken legs
1 glass of buttermilk
2 eggs
2 glasses of flour
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion
1 teaspoon of red pepper
Salt and pepper to taste salt
2 cups vegetable oil, for frying

Preparation:

Chicken marinade: Mix the oil and eggs in a large bowl. Add the chicken breasts, covering them completely. For best results, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

Prepare the flour mixture: Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.

Chicken Crust: Drain chicken mixture from buttermilk mixture and let excess water drip off. Sift all of the spice mixture into the flour and discard the excess. For more topping, add the buttermilk and flour mixture.

Sweet Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken thighs in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Transfer to a wire rack to remove excess oil.

Preparation: Enjoy hot with your favorite sauce.
