Garlic potatoes and potatoes
Ingredients:
2 pounds steak (such as ribs, sirloin, or other cuts)
1 tablespoon fresh shallot, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp. tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
6 potatoes, equal, cut into strips or wedges
Mixture Ingredients:
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons All Seasons All Seasons
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions for use:
Heating and preparation:
If you plan to cook or bake potatoes, preheat your oven to 200°C.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges or wedges. Put aside.
Prepare the steak:
In a small bowl, combine the rosemary, thyme, minced garlic and fresh parsley.
Coat the chicken with this herb and garlic and make sure all the pieces are mixed well.
Seasoning Blend:
In another small bowl, combine black pepper, all-purpose spices, Cajun potatoes, onion salt, and dried parsley.
Sprinkle this spice mixture over the steak and potatoes and toss to coat.
Baked Potatoes: Arrange
Baked potatoes in a single layer on a baking tray.
Drizzle with olive oil or vegetable oil to ensure proper cooking and a beautiful appearance.
Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Turn halfway through cooking.
Cook the chicken:
While the potatoes are cooking, heat a frying pan, skillet, or outdoor grill over high heat.
Place herbs on the grill or in the pan. Cook to your preference: 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, vary time for a thicker cut or a different level.
After the steaks are cooked to your liking, remove them from the stove and let them rest for a few minutes to reduce the water.
