Ingredients:
- For the Pork Chops:
- 4 pork chops, about 1 inch thick
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- For the Mashed Potatoes:
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter

- Prepare the Pork Chops:
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.

- Serve:
- Spoon the mashed potatoes onto plates. Place a glazed pork chop on each serving and drizzle with any remaining glaze from the pan.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
