Golden Flatbreads

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt 🧂
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp olive oil 🫒

¾ cup warm water 💧
2 tbsp butter, melted 🧈 (for brushing)
In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
Add olive oil and warm water, then stir until the dough begins to form.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 6-8 equal portions.
Roll each portion into a ball, then flatten it into a round disc about 6-8 inches in diameter.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
Place one flatbread on the hot skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown spots appear.
