Gooey Butter Cake
Ingredients:

- 1 package (15.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs

- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Prepare the Oven and Pan:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Make the Cake Base:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, melted butter, and eggs.
- Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
- Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- Prepare the Gooey Topping:
- In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

- Assemble the Cake:
- Pour the gooey topping mixture over the cake base, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Bake the Cake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is set and lightly golden brown.
- The center should still be slightly gooey.
- Cool and Serve:
- Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled.
