Grilled Crab Legs

 

 

 

  1. Ingredients:
    • Fresh crab legs
    • 2 tbsp butter, melted
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • Pinch of parsley for garnish
  2. Instructions:
    • Heat a grill or oven to medium-high.
    • Brush the crab legs with melted butter mixed with garlic.
    • Grill for 5–7 minutes per side.
    • Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon slices.

Baked Scallops

  1. Ingredients:
    • Fresh scallops
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1/2 tsp paprika
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  2. Instructions:
    • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Place scallops in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and season with garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden.

Lobster Tails with Butter Sauce

    • 4 lobster tails
    • 3 tbsp melted butter
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • Lemon wedges
  2. Instructions:
    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Split lobster tails, brush with melted butter and garlic.
    • Bake for 12–15 minutes until tender.
    • Serve with fresh lemon.

Lemon Butter Sauce (for dipping)

  1. Ingredients:
    • 4 tbsp butter
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
  2. Instructions:
    • Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
