Homemade cookies ๐ Oh my god DON’T MISS
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
ยผ teaspoon baking powder
7 tablespoons salted butter, chilled
ยพ cup cold buttermilk
2 tablespoons buttermilk for cooking

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C.
Step 2 Cover a baking tray with baking silicone or baking paper.
Step 3 Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda into a large bowl.
Step 4 Using a blender, cut the butter into the flour mixture until the mixture resembles small bubbles, about 5 minutes.
Step 5 Make a well in the middle of the butter-flour mixture. Pour in 3/4 cup buttermilk; mix until combined.
Step 6 Place the dough on a floured work surface and fold into a rectangle.
Step 7 Multiply the rectangle by three. Turn the dough over, turn the entire dough over and place it back into the rectangle. Repeat this twice, folding and pressing the dough a total of three times.
Step 8 Stuff the dough approximately half its width.
Step 9 Cut 12 cookies with a 1/2-inch cookie cutter.
Step 10 Place cookies on prepared baking sheet. Press the indentation at the top of each cookie with your thumb.
Step 11 Brush the tops of the cookies with 2 tablespoons of buttermilk.
Step 12 Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until brown.
