Homemade Pizza House
Ingredients:
• 2 1/4 tablespoons (1 packet) dry yeast
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 glass of warm water
• 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons spoon of oil olive oil
• 1 teaspoon of salt
Other:
• dry dry yeast: instant yeast
• flour: bread flour
• olive oil: vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Knead briefly, add active dry yeast and mix. . , sugar and hot water. I mix it gently and let it sit for about 5 minutes until the mixture turns into powder.
2. Mix the flour and salt in a large mixing bowl and make a well in the middle.

3. Pour the yeast and olive oil mixture into the wells and mix with a spoon until the dough starts to form lumps.
4. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until it is soft and smooth.
5. I put the dough in a bowl filled with oil and cover it with a clean towel. I left it to ferment in a warm place for 1-2 hours, that is, until it doubled in volume.
6. When the dough rises, I flatten it to let more air out. Divide the dough in half if I like a lighter crust, or use all the dough for a larger area.
7. I sprinkle flour on the ground full of my desires. 8. Place the dough on a baking tray or pizza stone covered with baking paper.

9. I preheat the oven to 245°C and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
10. I add my favorite pizza toppings and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. To enjoy!
