homemade rolls
INGREDIENTS
* Flour 0000 500 gr.
* Fresh yeast 25 gr. (or semi-dry)
* Salt 1 tbsp.
*Sugar 50 gr.

* Butter (butter) 25 gr.* 100 ml milk.
* Water 125cc.
*Egg for painting 1 piece.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Form a crown out of the flour.Gradually add salt, sugar, yeast, milk and water to the center. Dissolve and knead.
2. Add the pomaded butter and continue kneading until a soft and tender brioche is formed.
3.Let rest for 15 minutes.
4. Cut and shape rolls of 30 g each, let them rest on a buttered baking tray until they have doubled in volume, brush with beaten egg, bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
5. Remove a few minutes before the end of cooking, brush with egg again and put back in the oven until cooked!About 50 come out.
