Honey Glazed Grilled Salmon Bites
Ingredients:
- 500g salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- Marinate the Salmon: In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the salmon cubes and gently toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Oil the grates lightly to prevent sticking.
- Grill the Salmon: Remove salmon from the marinade, reserving the marinade. Place salmon cubes on the grill. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side or until the salmon is opaque and slightly charred.
- Simmer the Marinade: While the salmon cooks, pour the remaining marinade into a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Serve: Drizzle the reduced marinade over the grilled salmon. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
