How to Make Strawberry Cream Cheese Refrigerator Cake
Ingredients
2 pounds strawberries
2 handfuls graham crackers
1 -8 oz. package. cream cheese, room temperature
1 -14 oz. can sweeten whole milk
2- 3.4 oz. package. instant cheesecake flavored pudding
3 cu. milk
1- 12 oz.
How to Make Strawberry Cream Cheese Ice Cream Box Cake
Wash strawberries, cut off tops and cut into 1/4 thick slices and set aside. Line the bottom of a 3-quart 13×9 baking pan with graham crackers and set aside. Combine cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl and beat with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
Add the peels to the milk mixture and continue stirring over low heat for 4-5 minutes or until the mixture begins to thicken.
Add 2 cups of cream until smooth. Pour half of the cream mixture over the grahams.
Place a single layer of strawberry slices on top of the cream mixture. Place another layer of graham cracker crumbs on top of the strawberries and top with the remaining cheese mixture.
Another layer is spread with cheese mixed with strawberries.
