Lemon wings
INGREDIENTS
1 dried chicken wing
1 teaspoon lemon herbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon garlic

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoons baking powder
98 7 8 tablespoons melted butter
INGREDIENTS
Preheat the oven to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix salt, black pepper, olive oil and baking powder and pour over the chicken. Stir to coat all wings. Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and let it cool. Spray nonstick spray on a rack and line up the wings.
Bake the wings for 45-50 minutes or until they turn a light golden color, turning them halfway through.
Mix garlic powder, onion powder, oil and hot lemon pepper in a bowl.

Allow the wings to cool before tossing them into the oil mixture.
Return to cooling rack to remove excess oil.
