Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (reserve some for garnish)
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped (reserve some for garnish)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Pinch of black pepper
For Coating:
- 1/4 cup crushed crackers (e.g., Ritz or pretzels)
- 2 tbsp cooked and crumbled bacon
- 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Cheese Mixture:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Shape into Balls:

- Place the balls on a plate or tray lined with parchment paper.
