Mongolian Beef Noodles

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
4 tablespoons 4 cloves ginger
6 cloves garlic
1/2 cup brown sugar, reduced to 1/3 or 1/4 cup
1 bone-in beef / 2 cups
Low Sodium 1/2 cup soy sauce
Hoisin sauce 4 tbsp. If you can find low sodium sauce, I recommend it.

How to Make • Fry most of the ground meat on the stove with the pan side up. Add ginger and garlic while frying the minced meat for the last 2 minutes. Cut the meat while it cooks.
• While the minced meat is cooking, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. (It is recommended not to add salt to the water.) Drain.
• Remove the ground beef and return it to the pan with the soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, paprika, pepper and hoisin sauce. Animate the connection.

• Drain the water from the corn and add it to the minced meat mixture. Stir the mixture and bring it to a boil. When the sauce thickens a little, add the crumbled pasta to the beef mixture. Animate the connection.

• Let the pasta rest in the sauce for a few minutes to allow the flavor to penetrate. Serve hot with green onions.
