No-Bake Cheesecake with Chocolate Shavings
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the Filling:
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
For the Topping:
- Whipped cream (for garnish)
- Chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Instructions:
For the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the crumbs are fully coated and the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and slightly up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Use the back of a spoon or the bottom of a glass to press it firmly into place.
- Refrigerate the crust while you prepare the filling.
For the Filling:

- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until set.
For the Topping:
- Once the cheesecake is set, remove it from the springform pan and place it on a serving plate.
- Pipe or spread whipped cream on top of the cheesecake.
- Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
Serve:
