No-Bake Strawberry Cream Dessert Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin (Jell-O)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
For Garnish:
- Whipped cream
- Fresh strawberries, halved or sliced
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Place the dish in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.

- In a small bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved, then add 1 cup of cold water. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
- Gradually add the cooled gelatin mixture to the cream cheese mixture, beating continuously until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries.
3. Assemble the Dessert:
- Pour the strawberry cream filling over the prepared crust in the baking dish.
- Smooth the top with a spatula.
4. Chill:
- Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours, or until set.
5. Garnish and Serve:
- Before serving, garnish the top with whipped cream and fresh strawberry slices or halves.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
Tips:
- For a more intense strawberry flavor, you can add a few tablespoons of strawberry puree to the filling.
- Make sure the cream cheese is softened to avoid lumps in the filling.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
