Orange Cranberry Bread with White Chocolate Drizzle

 

Introduction

This moist and flavorful orange cranberry bread is a delightful treat that combines the tanginess of cranberries with the sweetness of oranges. The white chocolate drizzle adds a touch of elegance and makes it the perfect dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients:

For the cake:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt  
    • 1 cup fresh orange juice
    • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
    • 1/4 cup chopped candied orange peel

    For the white chocolate drizzle:

    • 1 cup white chocolate chips
    • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven:
    2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
    3. Cream butter and sugar:
    4. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
