PISTACHIO-PINEAPPLE CAKE
Introducing the pistachio-pineapple cake! Not only is this delicious treat quick and easy to prepare, but it only requires 5 ingredients. And guess what? The creamy frosting consists of only 4 ingredients!
Ingredients for the cake:
1 box of angel food cake mix
1 3.4-ounce box pistachio pudding mix
½ cup vegetable oil 3 eggs 20-ounce can crushed pineapple (do not drain juice) Frosting Ingredients: Cake Ingredients: 1 box Angel Food- Cake Mix 1 3.4 Pistachio Pudding Mix in a package with ½ cup vegetable oil

20 ounces canned crushed pineapple (do not drain juice)
Frosting Ingredients:
cup 8 ounces cold smoothie (make make sure it’s thawed)
⅔ cup whole milk
1 3.4-ounce box pistachio pudding mix
Chopped pistachios (for extra crunch and decoration!)
Directions:
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Meanwhile, get a 9×13 baking dish and grease it well.Take a spacious bowl and combine the cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs and pineapple (with all its juicy goodness). Mix it until you get a smooth dough.
Pour this dough into the prepared baking dish and bake for about 30-35 minutes. You’ll know it’s done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Then let it cool down.Now for the glaze: Mix the pudding mixture and milk. When it thickens, add the cold whip.
Spread this creamy frosting over your cooled cake.
Let it cool in the fridge for a few hours. And just before serving, sprinkle the crispy chopped pistachios on top!Let’s go! Dive into this delicious treat and enjoy every bite.
