POTATOES PACKAGED IN POLICE BAG BAG

Ingredients

1½ lbs.
I cut the red potatoes into 1/2″ cubes.

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1
Fry the onion in a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat until the onion is translucent.

Second, cook the onion until it softens. Remove the onion from the pan and set aside. 9

Then cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are soft, turning occasionally. µ
Step 5
Finally, after adding the sauce, cook for another 10 minutes. Put the onion and pepper in a large pan and fry until the peppers soften.
Step 6
And finally: If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it on top.
