Raspberry Push Pop Pudding
When it comes to frozen treats, I turn to chocolate. But there’s one fruit treat that’s irresistible, and that’s the popsicle push. Whether it’s orange or raspberry flavored, it always brings back memories of warm summer days sitting on the porch with my sister. I recently tried recreating the flavor as Orange Push Pop Pudding and loved the results. I thought it was time to try the raspberry version and see if it tasted delicious…
For a popsicle to really shine, the pudding needs to be fruity and tart. The flavors here come from a big box of raspberry jelly and instant vanilla. There is no boiling or actual boiling in this method, only water is boiled. You can’t give up the comfort of this on a hot day. Fold a bowl of good dough in half and immediately place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least two hours. 97 and I liked it:
