Rich and Gooey Chocolate Brownies Recip

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (225 grams)
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (300 grams)
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder (75 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (125 grams)
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
  • Chocolate sauce for topping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Pan:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.
  2. Melt Butter and Mix Dry Ingredients:
    • Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, cocoa, and salt.
    • Add the vanilla and mix until well incorporated.
  3. Add Eggs:
    • Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Continue to beat the mixture until it’s thick and glossy.
  4. Add Flour:
    • Gently fold in the flour until just combined. If using, stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. Bake:
    • Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
    • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  6. Add Chocolate Sauce and Cool:
    • While the brownies are still warm, drizzle chocolate sauce over the top for extra richness.
    • Allow the brownies to cool in the pan set on a wire rack before slicing.
  7. Serve:
    • Once cooled, lift out using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve.

These brownies are perfect when you’re craving something sweet and chocolatey. The optional chocolate chips provide an additional burst of chocolate flavor, while the chocolate sauce topping makes them irresistibly fudgy and moist. Enjoy them as a dessert or a special treat!
