Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Vegetables:
    • Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out excess moisture using a kitchen towel or paper towels.
  2. Make the Batter:
    • In a large bowl, beat the eggs, oil, and yogurt (or milk) until smooth.
    • Add in the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
