Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 assorted peppers, deseeded and diced

1 can (14 oz) salsa tomato
3 cups strong meat broth
1 cup prepared Rice (or, for a quicker option, opt for instant rice and add it in the last 30 minutes of cooking)
