Stuffed Jalapeño Poppers

 

Ingredients

  • 10 fresh jalapeños, halved and seeds removed 🌶️

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened 🧀

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄

  • ½ tsp salt 🧂

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled 🥓 (optional)

  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs (for extra crunch)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Prepare the Filling:

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  2. If using bacon, fold in crumbled bacon for extra flavor.

Stuff the Jalapeños:

  1. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, smoothing the top.

  2. Sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs and drizzle with olive oil for crispiness.

Bake or Air-Fry:

Oven Method:
5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
6. Arrange jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Air Fryer Method:
7. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
8. Air-fry for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
