Upside-down apple and caramel cake
Ingredients:

°2 apples
°50 g sugar
°100 g fresh cream
°135 g flour
°1⁄2 packet yeast
°3 eggs
° 50 g salted butter
+For the caramel
°5 tablespoons sugar
°1 teaspoon water

Preheat Bake in the oven at 180°C (thermostat 6).
Prepare a blonde caramel with sugar and water.
Beat eggs and sugar without turning them white.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix.
Add the previously creamed butter and then add the fresh cream.Mix well. Peel

apples and cut into thin slices.
Pour the caramel into the bottom of a round mold (previously greased with butter and lightly floured) and place the apple slices on top.
Pour the batter over the apples and bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
Allow to cool before unmolding.Enjoy!
