Ingredients
For the Poppers:

1 cup all-purpose flour

For the Vanilla Pudding Filling:

2 cups whole milk 🥛

½ cup granulated sugar

2 tbsp cornstarch

For Garnish:

Instructions
Prepare the Poppers:

In a saucepan, bring water, butter, sugar, and salt to a boil.

Reduce heat and stir in flour. Mix vigorously until the dough pulls away from the sides.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time, stirring until smooth.

Transfer the dough to a piping bag and pipe small rounds onto a baking sheet.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Make the Vanilla Pudding Filling:

In a saucepan, whisk milk, sugar, and cornstarch over medium heat until thickened.

In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks, then slowly add hot milk mixture while stirring.

Return to heat, cook for 2 more minutes, then remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla.

Let pudding cool, then transfer to a piping bag.
Assemble the Poppers:
