Green Apple Pistachio Parfait
Ingredients:
- 1 green apple (sliced)
 - 1 banana (sliced)
 - 1/2 cup pistachios (shelled)
 - 1/2 cup granola or crushed nuts
 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
 - Optional: A sprinkle of chia seeds or additional nuts for garnish
 
Instructions:
- Prepare the Layers:
- Slice the green apple and banana thinly for layering.
 - Shell the pistachios if not already done.
 
 - Assemble the Parfait:
- In a glass, layer the granola or crushed nuts at the bottom.
 - Add a layer of banana slices, followed by apple slices.
 - Spoon Greek yogurt on top and drizzle with honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
