BANANA PLACE WITH DUME DILK
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup condensed milk (tea)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups milk (tea)
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon (coffee) vanilla essence
3 cups buttermilk donuts (tea)
4 sliced bananas
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cups dulce de leche (creamy milk)
Crushed cashews for decoration
PREPARATION METHOD:
Place the milk in a saucepan and warm it over medium heat. Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk, egg yolks and butter and stir until a thick mixture forms. Turn off the heat, add the essence and stir. In an ovenproof mixture, prepare layers of white cream, donuts, bananas drizzled with lemon juice and dulce de leche. Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, finishing with dulce de leche. Decorate with chestnuts and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
