Philly Cheesesteak Egg Roll

Philly Cheesesteak Egg Roll
Ingredients
• Butter – 1 ½ tbsp.
• Chopped green bell pepper – 1, • Chopped onion – ½ cup
• Sliced or chopped boneless rib eye steak – 1 pound
• Salt
• Pepper
• Provolone cheese – 6 slices
• Egg roll wrappers – 12, • Oil for frying
• Optional: Ranch for dipping
Instructions
1. Take a large frying pan and place it over medium heat.Use half the butter (half the amount listed in the ingredients list) and melt it. After the butter has melted, add the green pepper and chopped onion. Cook these ingredients for three to four minutes or until tender.
2. Once the vegetables are cooked; Remove them to a plate and cover them to keep them warm.3. Now use the leftover butter and melt it. Add the rib eye to the melted butter in the pan. Use salt and black pepper to season.
4.Now cook the rib eye steak for three to four minutes or until the color turns golden brown and the inside is cooked.
5. Now add the prepared vegetables to the pan and mix with the steak.
6. Take the egg roll wrappers and unfold them.Now place half a slice of cheese in the middle of the egg roll wrapper.
7. Now place two to three tablespoons of steak filling on each spring roll wrapper and fold according to package instructions. Use water to bring the edges of the casings together as you approach them.
8.Add oil to deep frying pan and heat.
9. Fry three to four of them, turning them if necessary. Frying takes three to five minutes and turns brown.
10.Place the fried buns on paper towels to drain excess oil, then serve with your favorite sauce.
Notes
Coat the egg rolls with cooking spray, then package at 425°F. It takes fifteen to twenty minutes or until crispy. If you prefer, we recommend the baking method.
