6 thin-sliced chicken breasts
1 small bag fresh baby spinach
1 large package sliced mushrooms

8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup olive oil
½ cup chicken broth
1 dash black pepper

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a large baking dish with olive oil or nonstick spray.
