1 lb (450 g) baby potatoes, halved
2 cups (180 g) broccoli florets
8 oz (225 g) mushrooms, sliced
2 cups (370 g) cooked white rice
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Preparation Steps

  1. Season the chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Transfer to a plate.
