Ingredients

2 pork tenderloins, about 1 lb (450 g) each
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup (80 ml) chicken broth

Preparation Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the pork tenderloins dry with paper towels.
  2. Season the pork with salt, black pepper, paprika, thyme, and rosemary.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic, parsley, Dijon mustard, honey, and lemon juice.
  5. Brush the garlic herb mixture generously over the pork. Pour the chicken broth around the meat.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 18–22 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove from the oven and let the pork rest for 8–10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Spoon the warm garlic herb pan juices over the sliced pork before serving.
