Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins, about 1 lb (450 g) each
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup (80 ml) chicken broth
Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the pork tenderloins dry with paper towels.
- Season the pork with salt, black pepper, paprika, thyme, and rosemary.
- Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic, parsley, Dijon mustard, honey, and lemon juice.
- Brush the garlic herb mixture generously over the pork. Pour the chicken broth around the meat.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 18–22 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the pork rest for 8–10 minutes before slicing.
