Sea water Garlic balm
Ingredients:
3 sticks unsalted salt
3 tablespoons Minced garlic
1/4 cup Finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons Old bay leaf
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon Thyme
1/ 2 tablespoons Paprika
1/2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1 chicken broth
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions:
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, add the garlic and onion and cook for 2-3 minutes or until fragrant.
Add the old bay leaf, brown sugar, paprika, lemon pepper, paprika, ground pepper and thyme. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add chicken broth and bring to a boil over medium heat. Then reduce the heat and cook for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper. Pour the
Sauce over your favorite seafood or serve as a dip.
