Fast and Sweet Drinks:

Ingredients:
– 1 glass of all-purpose flour
– 2 tablespoons of sugar
– 1 tablespoon of baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– 1 glass of milk
– 2 tablespoons of melted butter or oil
– 1 large egg
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Directions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
2. In another bowl, mix the milk, melted butter or oil, egg and vanilla (if using).
3. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until combined. Less swelling is better.
4. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and grease lightly with butter or oil.
5. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto each pancake in a course.
6. Cook until bubbles form on the top, then turn and cook until golden on both sides.
7. Repeat with the remaining battery.
8. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
