Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll Cake

INGREDIENTS
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 /2 cups unsalted butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup unsalted butter, seasoned
Toffee: 1/2 cup cream cheese, seasoned
1/4 cup salt, seasoned seasoned
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 – 2 tablespoons milk

INGREDIENTS
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease a 23 x 30 cm baking tray.
Mix the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix milk, egg and vanilla. Combine the two mixtures and stir in the melted butter. Pour into pan.
Combine brown sugar with cinnamon; sprinkle on top. Make it round with a knife.
Bake for 28-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
For the frosting, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Combine powdered sugar and milk by mixing. Spread on hot cake.
