Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (6 ounces)
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 minced garlic cloves

2 Tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of lime juice
Zest of a lime
2 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley for decoration
Lime wedges for serving

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. For easier cleanup, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, garlic, honey, lime juice and zest.
Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
Bake with a fork for 15-18 minutes or until salmon falls apart easily. For a golden brown finish, grill for the final 2 to 3 minutes, being careful not to burn.Sprinkle with parsley, add a squeeze of lime and serve hot.
Variations and Tips:
For a spicy touch, add red pepper flakes or a touch of Sriracha to the butter mixture.
Bottled lime juice can substitute fresh in a pinch, although fresh lime offers unmatched flavor.
