Beesy Stuffed Potatoes
Ingredients:
– 4 large potatoes, peeled and mashed
– 1 kilo of ground meat
– 1 glass of grated cheddar cheese
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
– 1 teaspoon red pepper powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Olive oil for frying
Preparation:
1. Mix the fried potatoes with salt on a plate. Remove excess moisture.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the potato chips, fry until golden brown. Put aside.
3. Cook the minced meat in the same pan until golden brown. Add onion, garlic, ground pepper, salt and pepper. Cook until the onion softens.
4. Pour a spoonful of the beef mixture over the potato skins, add the grated cheese and cover with a new layer, sealing the edges.
5. Fry the potato-stuffed bread on both sides until soft and golden brown.
6. Serve hot and enjoy cheesy, delicious meats!
