“Broken Glass Jello Mold

Ingredients:

  • For the Colored Jello Cubes:
    • 4 packs of flavored gelatin (different colors, e.g., red, green, yellow, and orange)
    • 4 cups boiling water (1 cup per gelatin pack)
  • For the White Gelatin Mixture:
    • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
    • 2 packets of unflavored gelatin
    • 1 cup hot water
    • 1 cup cold water

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Colored Jello:
    • Dissolve each pack of flavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Mix well until fully dissolved.
    • Pour each color into separate containers and refrigerate until firm (about 3–4 hours).
    • Once set, cut the jello into small cubes and set aside.
  2. Prepare the White Gelatin Mixture:
    • In a bowl, dissolve the 2 packets of unflavored gelatin in 1 cup of cold water. Let it bloom for 5 minutes.
    • Add 1 cup of hot water and stir until the gelatin dissolves completely.
    • Mix in the sweetened condensed milk. Stir well and let it cool to room temperature.
  3. Assemble the Mold:
    • Lightly grease a bundt pan or mold with a thin layer of oil (to help with unmolding).
    • Gently place the colored jello cubes into the pan, evenly distributing the colors.
    • Pour the cooled white gelatin mixture over the colored cubes, ensuring they are fully covered.
    • Refrigerate the mold for at least 4–6 hours, or until completely set.
  4. Unmold and Serve:
    • To unmold, run a knife around the edges of the mold and place it briefly in warm water.
    • Invert onto a serving plate and gently release the dessert.

Tips:

  • Use a variety of bright-colored jellos for the best visual effect.
  • Make sure the white mixture is cool before pouring it over the cubes to avoid melting the colored jello.

This festive dessert is perfect for parties, holidays, or any special occasion! Let me know if you’d like additional variations or suggestions.
