Cheese and bacon rolls – Super Soft

Ingredients:
Dough:
70 g butter, softened at room temperature
300 ml whole milk
3 teaspoons dry yeast
500 g baking flour
1 large egg
1/3 cup white sugar (you can adjust the amount of sugar adjust. Reduce to taste or add up to 1/2 cup to make the sugar sweeter. Topping:

Instructions:
Cut the butter into cubes cut and leave to soften at room temperature. Allow to warm. Heat the milk in the microwave for 50 seconds. Stir the milk with a spoon and then add the dry yeast. Set aside to allow the yeast to foam.

Apply a little oil to the outside of the dough to make it easier to handle, then use your hands to form it into a ball. Place the dough in the large bowl and cover with a kitchen towel or plastic wrap. Let it rest in a warm place for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, take out the dough and weigh out 50 g portions.Grease your hands and form the dough into balls. Place them about 1.5 to 2 cm apart on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
