    • 200 grams herb-infused cheese (soft)
    • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Method:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with herb-infused cheese.
    • Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
    • Heat olive oil in a pan and sear chicken on both sides until golden.
    • Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

    • 200 grams cottage cheese
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 cup butter
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 300 grams pasta of your choice
    • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Method:
    • Cook pasta according to package instructions.
    • Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
    • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and add blended cottage cheese and cream. Stir well.
    • Add Parmesan cheese to the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.
    • Drain the pasta and toss it with the Alfredo sauce.
    • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
