Cheesy Pull-Apart Garlic Bread
Ingredients
- 1 large loaf of Italian bread or French bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Prepare the Bread:
- Using a serrated knife, make diagonal cuts into the bread, about 1 inch apart, without cutting all the way through to the bottom. Repeat in the opposite direction to create a grid pattern, making sure not to cut through the bottom crust.
- Make the Garlic Butter:
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Coat the Bread:
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously all over the top and inside the cuts of the bread, making sure it gets into all the crevices.

- Stuff the shredded mozzarella cheese into the cuts of the bread, ensuring each cut is filled with cheese. Press down gently to compact the cheese.

- Broil (Optional):
