Cherry Fluff Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Fresh cherries, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Mix Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine the crushed pineapple (with juice), cherry pie filling, and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until well blended.
- Fold in Whipped Topping:
- Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Add Marshmallows and Nuts:
- Stir in the mini marshmallows and chopped nuts (if using).
- Chill:
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the salad is well chilled and the flavors have melded together.
- Serve:
- Garnish with fresh cherries if desired before serving.
